    I love their spicy hot chocolate and ceramic mugs. The place is nice, but it feels less cozy in cooler weather. My favorite is sipping hot chocolate from their cute mugs with their complimentary little cookie--it's a perfect treat. I recommend enjoying your hot chocolate there instead of taking it to go; you lose some of the experience, even if they include a cookie with takeout as well!

    Dandelion Chocolate is an SF staple -- such high quality chocolate, and it's so much fun to visit as well! I came here with two friends on a Sunday morning around 10, and there were only a couple of people there. The ambiance is so delightful; being able to see the kitchen and all the machines gives it an industrial yet chic feel. The cashier was so friendly and quick. We ordered a s'more, a raspberry brownie, and a hot chocolate, all of which we split. S'more: 5/5, a classic here. It's such a delight to watch the employees blowtorch to toast it right in front of you, and I appreciate how they blowtorch the serving plate so it stays warm. I love the biscuit they use for the base, it's like a Biscoff cookie! Raspberry brownie: 5/5, I believe this is a newer treat and it's wonderful! Love how the sharp raspberry cuts through the creamy chocolate. It's so rich but so worth it! The brownie isn't too dense in texture (slightly cake-like) but the layers of chocolate and cream are heavier. Hot chocolate: 4/5, it came with the little biscuit to dip into. Lovely chocolate flavor and love the cup it was served in. There were also marshmallows available to add into your drink which she did. It was delicious! Had such a lovely time catching up with friends and enjoying these sweet treats. Plenty of seating inside, and it's fun also to try some of the chocolate samples along the wall. Definitely want to check out the classes they offer as well -- they seem super fun!

    Such a fun, cool spot! It's a cafe, store and event / factory space rolled into one. The staff is so nice and friendly. I picked out some custom gifts and they wrapped it for me :) coffee is amazing too- the mission coffee comes with a cookie and they have homemade marshmallows at the coffee station.
